LoTu_Cotidianeidad local y turismo. Método para la evaluación de correlaciones entre las características espaciales y las dinámicas urbanas

The main objective is to create a systematic and exportable method at the municipal scale that allows detecting, predicting and evaluating through physical parameters of the city the urban areas at risk or high vulnerability due to touristification (TUR) or high potentiality for everyday life (LOC).

The result is an increase in knowledge about the impact of urban tourism on daily life in various urban fabrics of the city, locating patterns and patterns of activities in the use of the city. The analysis carried out in GIS and disaggregated by sex and origin has been captured in user-friendly maps, in such a way that it serves as a diagnostic and decision-making tool for the Public Administration.
