RISAU. Hacia la ciudad saludable. Riesgo para la salud asociado a la vivienda y su entorno. Propuesta metodológica para su evaluación

The main objective of RISAU has been to create a method of diagnosis and evaluation of the vulnerabilities of the urban context in three axes of study (vitality, mobility and environment), at a municipal scale from the perspective of health, materialized in a GIS tool. The proposal aims to value urban design as a strategic opportunity for the improvement of people's health.

As a result, we have obtained, on the one hand, a systematized method and a tool applicable to other case studies; and on the other hand, a guide of indicators. This guide allows an analysis and evaluation of vulnerability based on the reference value and the application of the method to the case study. In addition, a diagnosis is obtained for each of the indicators developed. All this has been implemented in an interactive web viewer (accessed on March 16, 2024) to facilitate the visualization of the results in each area.
