RISAV. Vivienda y salud. Riesgo para la salud asociado a la vivienda y su entorno. Propuesta metodológica para su evaluación

The main objective of this proposal has been to create a multi-criteria analysis method at the municipal level to evaluate the priority of residential rehabilitation interventions from an integral perspective that brings together social, energy, environmental and habitability aspects.  The methodological proposal developed shows the wide range of existing problems and vulnerabilities to provoke a reflection on the need to diversify the strategies of rehabilitation of the built stock depending on the context or typology and to define a specific municipal scale strategy.

As a result, a systematized method has been obtained in GIS and a tool applicable to other case studies based on indexes that allows an analysis and evaluation of vulnerability according to the reference value and the application of the method to the case study, the diagnosis for the case of Donostia - San Sebastian is obtained. In addition, an interactive web viewer (accessed on March 16, 2024) has been developed to facilitate the visualization of the results in each area.
