We develop activities around Science Fairs with secondary school students. The young people develop research projects about balanced diet, gluten-free diet and celiac disease in collaboration with researchers from our team. The students study a research topic in teams, following the scientific method, thus obtaining results and conclusions that they must communicate to the rest of their fellow researchers in a small congress.
