Antonio Ruiz was born in 1983. He received his Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University Jaime I of Castellon (Spain) in 2010. In 2011 he obtained a Master´s degree in Energy Efficiency and Sustainability in Industrial Plants and in Building Design. At present, he is doing the PhD in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Faculty of Engineering in Bilbao. His research interests are Optimal Design of Compliant Mechanisms, Kinematics and Dynamics of Compliant Mechanisms, and the Control of these devices.
