MIREN ONAINDIA, MEMBER OF THE COPERNICUS ALLIANCE ADVISORY BOARD
Miren Onaindia, coordinator of the UNESCO Chair, was selected at the annual meeting of the COPERNICUS Alliance on 5 December 2019 to be a member of the body’s advisory board in 2020.
The COPERNICUS Alliance is a European network of higher education centres that promotes learning and international exchange for sustainable development in the higher education sector. Its aim is to reorient higher education programmes and research towards sustainable development, and to promote good practice in relation to sustainable management of university campuses. This entails improving collaboration with companies, government agencies and civil society to advance sustainability at a local and global level.
