ESP Europe Regional Conference 2021
Representatives of the UNESCO Chair for Sustainable Development and Environmental Education of the UPV/EHU have participated from June 7 to 10 online in the largest congress on ecosystem services held on a European scale, the ESP Europe Regional Conference 2021. This year the topic is “Ecosystem Services Science, Policy and Practice in the face of Global Changes”. The congress was held in Tartu (Estonia), although being a hybrid event it was also possible to attend virtually.
The results obtained within the project “Evaluation of the Ecosystem Services of the Basque Country” were presented in both poster and oral format, with the following communications:
- Poster: Mapping Cultural Ecosystem Services at a Biosphere Reserve
- Poster: Integration of Ecosystem Services in Territorial Planning in the Basque Country
- Oral: Practical guide for the design of spatial planning plans from the perspective of ecosystem services
