On April 15, the UNESCO Chair of Sustainable Development and Environmental Education participated virtually in the comprehensive diagnosis workshop and will participate in the Energy Transition of the city of Bilbao within the ATELIER project. Thanks to the financial support of the European Commission through the Horizon 2020 innovation fund, the Bilbao City Council co-leads, together with the city of Amsterdam, the ATELIER project, which aims to test technologies and management models around energy renewable energy sources, as well as preparing an Energy Vision of the city for the year 2050.

The objective of the workshop was to collect the reflection of the different agents involved in the energy and climate transition of the city on the energy situation of the city of Bilbao and to generate different temporal scenarios and a global vision of the energy situation of the city.
