Meeting of the EME working group (Spain’s Millennium Ecosystems).
Representatives of the project “Assessment of the Ecosystem Services of the Basque Country” participated on 12 January in the meeting of the EME working group. The objective of this working group is to compile the actions, materials and educational resources in relation to the ecosystem services developed so far in Spain, to make them known jointly at national and international level. Moreover, the group will analyze the creation of a subgroup within the ESP group: Training and Education, with the aim of disseminating and learning about new materials and didactic resources. In addition, the group will look for funding to develop new educational materials and resources related to Ecosystem Services.
This group includes representatives of the project “Evaluation of the Ecosystem Services of The Basque Country”, different professors of Didactics of Sciences of the UPV/EHU and the Autonomous University of Madrid and cooperatives and consultancies of Natural Sciences of the Ministry of Education of Madrid who have worked with the EME.
