1 -Reformato de imagenes[2], funcionales, fMRI de Alex
- coger imágenes del administrador de archivos de la cuenta de visitantes del groupware.
- usar MRIcron[3] para pasar de formato DICOM a NIfTI (imagen final 4D)
- ¿Existe una imagen estructural(MRI (T1)) de Alex? Si existe convertirla en formato NIfTI (imagen final 3D)
- Comprobar que se puede trabajar con el SPM5[4] y las imágenes NIfTI que hemos generado.
2 -Crear una variable en Matlab que contenga todas las imágenes de fMRI para aplicar nuestros algoritmos de análisis.
- Funciones a utilizar (dicominfo y dicomread)
