La asignatura Economía Experimental describe cómo aplicar el método científico, y en concreto la metodología experimental, en el estudio de la Economía. En particular, se estudia cómo utilizar los experimentos de laboratorio, los experimentos de campo y los experimentos naturales para el estudio de cuestiones económicas. Durante el curso estudiaremos numerosas aplicaciones de los procedimientos experimentales a la Economía del Comportamiento, Economía Pública, Economía Industrial, Economía del Trabajo, Economía del Desarrollo, Econo- mía de la Salud, Economía de la Educación, Evaluación de impacto y Evaluación de políticas públicas.

Utilizaremos las clases magistrales junto a clases prácticas en las que se realiazarán ejercicios y experimentos. La realización de tareas individuales y grupales permitirá la adquisición de conocimientos (learning by doing).
