TSR (Tratamiento de la Señal y Radiocomunicaciones / Signal Processing and Radiocommunication) es un laboratorio de investigación perteneciente a la Facultad de Ingeniería de Bilbao(UPV/EHU, Universidad del País Vasco) y más concretamente al Dpto. de Ingeniería de Comunicaciones de esta institución.
David de la Vega and Alexander Gallarreta will attend the EURAMET SBS Uncert project kick off meeting.
The event will take place in Braunschweig (Germany) next 21-22 August.
The SBS Uncert project (23NRM01): Support for standardisation of sample-by-sample waveform uncertainty computation, is funded by EURAMET (European Association of National Metrology Institutes).
The project is leaded by PTB (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt), Germany, and will run for three years (2024-2027).
