REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DATES HAVE BEEN LENGTHENED TILL THE 30TH OF JUNE
IMPORTANT DATES
- Registration starts: May 15, 2023
- Registration ends: June 30, 2023
- Abstracts submission starts: April 30th, 2023
- Abstracts submission ends: June 30th, 2023
- Payment: until June 30th, 2023
- Communication of abstract acceptance (oral/poster): July 24th, 2023
- Congress: September 11-13, 2023
REGISTRATION FEES
- If you are not a member, you will have the option to become a new AIEC member by paying the AIEC annual membership fee and pay registration at a reduced price
- If you are not an AIEC member and do not wish to be a member for now, you can register in this congress as a non-member, paying the congress registration fees indicated below.
- Registration includes welcome cocktail, coffer breaks, lunch of the 12th of September, conference dinner on the 12th of September and conference bag. It also includes optional excursion to the marine station of the University of the Basque Country in Plentzia (packed lunch).
- Accompanying persons: welcome cocktail, congress dinner and excursion
