PREPARING INFORMATION FOR YOUR ABSTRACT

Abstracts must be written in English. Please prepare your abstract according to the following guidelines:

  • Title: Please provide your final title 250 characters in capital letters.
  • Authors: The first author indicates surname and initials. The remaining authors use the name initials followed by the surname.
  • Affiliation: Include Department/Faculty/University/Research Centre name and address of the different authors.
  • Contact author E-mail: Please use the same e-mail that you use to register.
  • Body of abstract: Total 300 words including Acknowledgments
  • Consider for best student oral or poster award (must be presenting author)
  • Session selection: preference 1; preference 2

CONFIRMATION OF SUBMISSION

An acknowledgement email will be sent to confirm that your abstract will be received. If you do not receive within three working days of your submission, please contact the Congress Organization aiecbilbao@ehu.eus

PRESENTATION TYPE

Final decision on the presentation type will be made by the Scientific Committee. The Congress Organization will contact you on abstract acceptance and type of presentation selected.

Five presentations will be selected as plenary talks associated to the various themes of the congress.

Oral communications should be prepared in PowerPoint or PDF. Further information on time slots and duration of presentations will be posted online soon and informed upon confirmation abstract acceptance and type of presentation selected.

Posters should be in the vertical format (DIN-A0) and will be exhibited during the whole congress.
