The UNESCO Chair has contributed to the summer course at the University of the Basque Country titled What can maps and geospatial information tell us? with the presentation on Geographical information and ecosystem services, organised by the Land Information Service of the Land Planning and Urbanism Directorate of the Basque Government in collaboration with the University of the Basque Country, held in Vitoria-Gasteiz on June 22nd. The aim of the course was to raise awareness of the potential of and techniques used to exploit geospatial information in different disciplines.
