The UNESCO Chair organizes, together with INGURUGELA (the institution leading the Basque School Agenda21) an Educational course on Ecosystem Services and Human Well-Being in the Basque Country specifically directed to school teachers in the Basque Country. The course combines on-line with partly face-to- face methodologies. Participants’ satisfaction with the course is high. School teachers participating in this educational program, have proposed and put into practice with their student interesting initiatives to raise their student awareness on the importance of nature for human well-being.
